Tattoo Registry is a platform that allows users to share tattoo photography, connect with tattoo artists, submit booking inquiries, and leave reviews. We provide a directory of tattoo artists and facilitate connections between artists and potential clients.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on the platform.

You agree not to upload content that:

• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains explicit, illegal, or harmful material
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Misrepresents your identity or affiliation
• Contains malware or malicious code

5. Artist Listings

Artists who create profiles on our platform agree to:

• Provide accurate business and contact information
• Only upload photos of work they have created or have rights to display
• Respond to inquiries in a professional manner
• Comply with all applicable licensing and health regulations

6. Reviews and Ratings

• Reviews must be based on genuine experiences
• We reserve the right to remove reviews that are fake, misleading, or abusive
• Artists may not offer incentives for positive reviews
• Reviews are subject to moderation before publication

7. Booking Inquiries

Our platform facilitates initial contact between clients and artists. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or outcome of any tattoo services. All arrangements, pricing, and agreements are made directly between the client and artist.

8. Subscriptions and Payments

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Refunds are handled according to our refund policy
• We reserve the right to change pricing with notice to subscribers
• Featured listings are non-refundable once activated

9. Intellectual Property

The Tattoo Registry name, logo, and all related marks are our trademarks. The platform design, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by copyright and other laws.

10. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform
• Use automated systems to access the service without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Impersonate another person or entity

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not endorse or verify the qualifications of artists listed on the platform.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. We are not liable for any issues arising from tattoo services arranged through our platform.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tattoo Registry from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

16. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
