Norman "Sailor Jerry" Collins
No discussion of American Traditional tattooing is complete without mentioning Norman Collins, better known as Sailor Jerry. Operating out of Honolulu from the 1930s to the 1970s, he refined the style and created many iconic designs still popular today.
